We take great care when preparing and packaging every order. If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello.wilderne@gmail.com, with a photo of the item and packaging.We'll look after you and work with you to find the best way forward.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days, with delivery times depending on your location.As our perfumes are made in small batches, your chosen blend may occasionally need to be freshly made before your order can be sent. If this is the case, we’ll let you know and keep you updated on when your order will be ready.You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
